This Week in the Charts - 16th February, 2026

This week in the charts we have debuts fromBleak Squad, Melinda Schneider, Skeleten, DMA'S, Tim Rogers And The Temperance Union, Peter Black, Bully Hay, Dexter Seamus & Nate Made It & HEADSEND.

Bleak Squad secured #1 across both the Independent Label Singles chart & the 100% Independent Singles chart with ‘Black & White’.

HEADSEND entered the charts for the first time taking out #3 on Independent Label Singles chart with 'Stove / Chugg'.

Over on the Independent Label Albums chart, Skeleten debuted at #1 with ‘Mentalized’, followed by DMA’s 10th Anniversary Edition of ‘Hills End’, ‘Ghost Songs’ & ‘Spit Polish’ from Tim Rogers And The Temperance Union took out #5 & #6.

Melinda Schneider debuted at #1 on the 100% Independent Albums chart with ‘Tender’ & #3 on the Independent Label Albums chart, Peter Black followed taking out #3 & #5 on the 100% Independent Albums chart &  #13 & #15 on the Independent Label Albums chart with ‘A Bowl of Spiders’ & ‘The Boss Is Gone Gone Gone’.

Rounding out a busy week of debuts on the charts Bully Hay came in at #12 on the 100% Independent Albums chart with 'Black Dogs and Songbirds' & Dexter Seamus & Nate Made It took out #14 with ‘VLTR’.
